On a very early stage Olaf Saeger discovered his love for film. Nowadays he shares his passion with his team. We would like to point to the history of our company’s founder, Olaf Saeger, to illustrate our deep commitment to the medium of film as art: As a youngster, Olaf Saeger’s love of the animated film Dux-Kino led him to pursue an apprenticeship in photography. He would go on to pursue his studies in theatre, film and television sciences, culminating in a second apprenticeship in Media Engineering. He has worked as a film projectionist, he managed several art house movie theatres and he oversaw the technical aspects of events as well as after those of international film festivals. And of course, along the way he developed his own technologies. Today, Olaf Saeger dedicates his know-how to film art and works for artists, galleries, museums and other institutions.
